Our Team
Nobesotho Molete holds a Batchelor in Commercial Law and Batchelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa, and a Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Pretoria.
She is an admitted and practices as an Attorney in Pretoria, South Africa, and is a Notary Public in Gauteng.
She is a member of the Pretoria Attorney Association, South African Women Legal Association, and the Gauteng Family Law Forum.
Nobesotho Molete has gained substantial experience in various fields of litigation including family law, civil litigation, RAF, debt collection and Estates among other things. She has experience with civil trials and motion proceedings in both the Magistrate’s court and the High Court and has also drafted and is versed in preparing pleadings and notices.
She is passionate about the law, justice being accessible to all, and is a firm believer that all human rights need to be protected.
Boipelo Ntlatleng holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa.
She is an admitted and practicing attorney based in Mabopane Extension X.
She has gained experience in civil litigation, family law related matters such as unopposed and opposed divorce matters, maintenance, debt collection and decreased estates. She has experience with motion proceedings, formal maintenance inquiry, divorce mediation, and divorce trial in Regional and formal maintenance inquiry in maintenance court.
She is passionate Law, she has a passion for problem solving and research. She is a firm believer in delivering expedious and fair justice to all.
