Our Vision
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide clear, practical, and strategic legal guidance that puts people first. Whether navigating challenges, resolving disputes, or planning for the future, we serve with professionalism and care, empowering clients to move forward with confidence
Our Values
We provide practical, compassionate legal support through all aspects of divorce, whether contested or uncontested. Our approach focuses on protecting your rights, preserving dignity, and achieving fair outcomes. We also assist with post-divorce matters, including maintenance, variation of orders, and settlement agreements.
Children’s best interests are always at the center of our work. We assist with parental responsibilities and rights, care and contact arrangements, maintenance matters, and parenting plans. We guide families through sensitive processes with care, clarity, and a focus on stability for the child.
We offer strategic representation in a wide range of civil disputes, from contractual and property-related matters to general litigation. Whether resolving disputes through negotiation or advancing your case in court, we are committed to protecting your interests with precision and confidence.
Planning for the future brings peace of mind. We assist with the drafting of wills, estate planning, and the administration of deceased estates. Our services are designed to ensure your wishes are respected and your loved ones are supported during difficult times.
We offer mediation as a constructive alternative to litigation, helping parties resolve disputes in a respectful and cost-effective manner. Mediation is particularly effective in family and civil disputes, allowing for collaborative solutions that prioritize long-term relationships and practical outcomes.
Our firm provides reliable notarial services, including the drafting and registration of antenuptial agreements, the drafting and authentication of notarial deeds, certifications, and other legally required documents. We ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all notarial matters.
I am the founder of Molete Attorneys, an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, as well as a Notary and qualified Mediator. My practice is rooted in respect for both the law and the people behind every matter. I believe law should offer guidance, not intimidation; structure, not confusion.
My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Commerce, followed by an LLB and a Master of Laws in Banking Law. I also completed a Compliance Management Certificate through the University of Cape Town, strengthening my understanding of regulatory frameworks and ethical governance. These qualifications allow me to balance legal precision with commercial awareness.
Beyond my practice, I am passionate about community service. As a founding member of MEWA, I have helped bring legal knowledge directly to communities through outreach programmes, empowering individuals to understand their rights and make informed decisions.
I am also a mother, which has shaped my perspective on responsibility, balance, and compassion. It has reinforced my belief that strength and softness can coexist, and that good legal counsel requires both sound judgment and a human touch.
